In a Dream / Bir Düşün İçinde / 2026

Yaşantımız hem bir kâbusun hem de bir düşün içinde var olmayı başarırken, geçiciliğe ve dayanıklılığa karşı sürekli bir mücadele içinde. Sanat pratiğimde bu ikilikleri sorguluyor, kendi geçmişimi ve hafızamı koku ve beden jestlerim ile bıraktıkları izlerin gücü üzerinden yeniden yorumluyorum.

While our lives manage to exist both in a nightmare and in a dream, they are in a constant struggle against transience and durability. In my art practice, I question these dualities, and reinterpret my own past and memory through the power of the traces they leave with my scent and body gestures.

Fotoğraf sanatı, benim için bir anlatım biçimi olduğu kadar, aynı zamanda bir keşif süreci. Fotoğraf ve heykel çalışmalarımda, insanın duygusal ve düşünsel derinliklerine dokunmayı hedefliyorum. Kişisel hikayelerim, materyal ve teknik seçimlerim ile evrensel temalar arasında bir köprü kurmak istiyorum.

For me, photography is a form of expression as well as a process of discovery. In my photography and sculpture works, I aim to touch the emotional and intellectual depths of people. I want to build a bridge between my personal stories, material and technical choices and universal themes.

Fotoğraf ve heykel arasındaki bu düşünsel yolculuğun, zaman, hafıza ve dönüşüm üzerine yeni diyaloglar başlatıp hem bireysel bir hikaye hem de kolektif bir deneyime dönüştürmeyi hedefliyorum. Bu çok katmanlı anlatıyı izleyiciyle paylaşarak geçmişin izleri ve geleceğin hayalleri arasında bir yolculuğa çıkmaya davet ediyorum.

I aim to turn this intellectual journey between photography and sculpture into both an individual story and a collective experience by initiating new dialogues on time, memory and transformation. I invite the audience to embark on a journey between the traces of the past and the dreams of the future by sharing this multi-layered narrative with them.
